• Used Illustrator PDM, and Excel to create CADs for the Sales team and Private Label. Checked in samples and corresponded with factories to make sure samples were delivered on time.

• Assisted in creating concepts, photographing samples, attended fittings, organized trim library and sample folders on shared drive, and set up internal meetings. 

— Product Development Assistant:   JULY 2017 - NOVEMBER 2018

• Managed and cataloged all samples inbound into the Design Department, maintained design share drive, Maintained reports that tracked samples and Licensor status, gathered required materials for photo shoots, live fits, and style approval meetings.

• Facilitated licensing process between designers and the licensing team by compiling the necessary information to send to the Licensor.

• Created patterns based on illustrations, costed new designs, and graded to full size range.

•  Oversaw sample cutting, small pre-pro and production cutting, and communicated with factories to produce garments effectively.

• Ran the company blog, shipped products to clients, and created DIY kits with instruction booklets for sale.
